Small Business Saturday

Small business Saturday is a newer movement that I fully support. The small businesses in your community do more than just sell products and services to the general public.  They are the people that know your name when you walk in and know what you like. Our customers have played a huge role at my store for as long as I can remember. My customers watched me grow up and I have watched them and their kids year after year. I have the pleasure of knowing my customers and what their kids are up to, what their yard looks like, helping them with their gardens and the problems that sometimes go a long with it. They have in turn come back year after year, season after season to support my family in helping theirs. Small businesses give back to the community in more ways than tax dollars. We become friends and offer support where its needed. We had the honor a few years ago to have such a warm support from our community when we needed it. I don't know if I could ever repay the people that came out and helped us after we lost my Dad, it was truly a feeling that will never be forgotten. It was times like that that make me proud to hold the small business title in this small community. We will be open this small business Saturday doing what we do best, helping our supporters find what works for them. I take pride in knowing, when you call in, what your holiday order is and if there is anyway that I can make it better. That's my pledge to you; to help you do what you do, better.
